When do we view our Images?

For studio sessions, you can pay at the studio on the day of the shoot.
For outdoor shoot, we require 50% deposit to confirm booking and full payment shall be made during the shoot in cash. You may handover the payment to our photographer.
Yes, you can call us or visit our studio at least 1 day before your session and our team will be happy to assist you further on outfit, location, make up, etc.
Your images will be provided to you on the following day via our online gallery link, however we can accommodate you on the same day for proofing the gallery at our studio with prior confirmation.
I have my personal photos and I want them to be edited, can you offer photo editing?

Yes we do. The price starts from 70 AED for basic editing, you can call / whatsapp 054-700-3537 to know more about our editing services.
Can I bring my makeup artist and do my make up at your studio?

Yes! But we can only allow maximum 30mins as make up time so that it won’t affect the schedule of the studio.
Definitely! However they cannot be included in the session. We can only allow maximum of 10 people in the studio at a time.
It depends on your package selection. Any additions to the chosen package will be charged at AED 59/ head.
This depends on the availability of the photographer and the studio- we can extend up to 30mins per session for free. Exceeding the free time limit of 30 minutes will cost you AED100/per hour.
The ownership of the edited photos you have purchased is completely yours. However, the non -purchased photos (raw/unedited) remains as an exclusive property of 800 Photos.
Yes, you can take all the pictures from us but there will be additional charges, as it is not included in your selected package.

Yes, you have to book an appointment 1 day prior to your planned session so we can schedule the timings for you.. However walk in sessions are also accepted as long as the studio is not pre occupied and photographer is available.
Yes. We deliver with a charge of AED 100 within Dubai. Our clients usually book a Careem pick up for their photos / frames to collect from our studio -- we will be happy to assist the driver.
Yes we can. We can create a studio set up at your location with 1,000AED location fee (within Dubai) additional to our regular packages
